I really enjoyed the last class's presentation; working as a team makes it easier to achieve goals, increases motivation and creativity, everyone shares their ideas, and we learn from one another. They were all fantastic. My group was number 2 and we talked about different ways to communicate in groups. I loved the introduction that Michael made, it was very creative and different. I really liked the size that we had, it was easy to understand and interesting, first I read the entire section to have knowledge about everything and then I focused on the part that I had to present, I searched the internet for photos related to my topic and a little more about information, although I don't really like presentations because I get nervous, I think I did well. I worked hard to ensure that I didn't speak too quickly or stutter on the day we were to present, and that everything went as smoothly as possible. I really enjoyed the work that my colleagues did. I like how they discuss the fundamental norms and rules of being in a group to demonstrate what is appropriate and what is not, and how they mention that as a group, we must hold each other accountable. It was helpful to hear the stages of group development so that we could see how we should be in a group and how we should work on a project or a workplace project. I believe my group did a good job explaining what the chapter was about and showing how a team should work and come together to make a good team.

I also liked the presentation of the number 1 team, it was interesting when they talked about the different cultures that each country has and even though many of our countries are close and share borders, they have different ways of preparing food, the fact that the Vietnamese dogs ate amazed me. Because hearing something like that is crazy. Not all countries share the same religions or traditions. They provided excellent examples and videos that clearly explained everything.

 

Group three gave an excellent presentation and clearly described their chapter and content. They discussed the various roles that people play when working with groups and the significance of each role.

 

Overall, I believe we all did an excellent job. I'm hoping that each of the upcoming presentations will be better than the last.This class will help us communicate with others more effectively in the future. It will make us feel more at ease when speaking in public  with different people.
